How To Sell Items In The Spring Consignment Auction

Consignments By Appointment Only: After our auctioneer views your consignment, we will contact you to schedule a day and time to put it in our online auction in May. No unscheduled drop-offs.
Commission Rates: Once our auctioneer has a chance to view your consignment, he will quote you a fair commission rate that is based on the auction value of the consignment.

This auction includes vehicles, machinery, hardware, farm equipment, tools, implements, lawn and garden items, and nursery stock. We are NOT accepting household items, furniture, collectibles, antiques, or any other items that don’t match the theme of this auction.
All consignments must be in working, quality condition.
Consignments are by appointment only. No unscheduled drop offs or “drop and run”.
Plan on being on site for at least 1 hour to provide accurate descriptions and condition reports for all lots. We can email description sheets ahead of time if you want to get started early.

All vehicles must have titles (signed), keys, lien releases (if applicable) with them when dropped off. We will not accept vehicles without paperwork and keys provided at drop-off.
Unsaleable items of poor quality or in non-working condition will be returned to the consignor. Items that do not fit with the theme of the auction will not be accepted.
When you arrive, our staff will go over your contract and provide a location for unloading your items. You will be responsible for accurately describing item conditions, and setting up.
