To redeem your Bontrager Gift Card for an online auction: Send this notification at least 1 hour BEFORE the auction closes. We cannot process them after the auction has closed because they have to be taken off your bill before your credit/debit payment takes place. If you don't win any lots, we won't use your card. Gift cards are good for Bontrager Auction merchandise only. They have no cash value. If you have questions, call us at 585-343-4529 before 4 pm on any weekday.
