Description:
Our auction company is looking for competent, motivated individuals who can carefully and skillfully pack and ship a variety of items for our auction customers all over the United States and Canada. This is a great part-time opportunity for a high school or college student or anyone who wants flexible hours. The successful candidate must be reliable, ready to work when needed, able to follow instructions independently, possesses good customer service skills, capable of completing tasks without supervision in a busy environment, is flexible, and accountable. This individual must have the ability to use our auction software and have basic computer and email skills. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance in this role.
Tasks:
- Communicate with customers
- Pack items carefully and efficiently
- Data entry/basic computer skills
- Schedule shipping arrangements (requires computer skills)
- Maintain shipping records for each auction
- Report to Administrative Team
Requirements:
- Friendly customer service
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook
- Packing experience is a plus, but we will train
- High level of organization
- Ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility
- “Can do” attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Communicates clearly in person and in writing
- Able to lift 40 pounds
