Day of Auction parcel 1 requires a $30,000 deposit & parcel 2 requires a $20,000 deposit. Closing by November 14, 2025, or before. 5% Buyer's Premium. Standard closing costs to be in accordance with Chemung County, NY closing costs. New buyer to have immediate access for hunting purposes only if desired. Crops are reserved for the 2025 harvest.
