PREVIEW: Wednesday, June 10th from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at 13092 Rundel Rd, Alden, NY 14004. Any other preview time must be approved by the auctioneer by calling 585-343-4529. 

MERCHANDISE REMOVAL: Friday, June 10th, 10 am to 2 pm in Alden, NY. No appointment is needed if picking up within those hours. Any other pick up must be arranged with the auctioneer before the auction closes. The owner of the property will oversee pickup, and a loader will be present for items that cannot be hand loaded. Bontrager Auction staff will not be present at the dispersal. 

**Attention Resale and Farm Buyers:* Please ensure your sales tax exemption form is up-to-date with Bontrager Auction at least two hours before the auction ends. Remember to update it periodically (at least once a year if your info changes or the state updates the form). If we don't have a valid form on file, sales tax will be applied and won't be refunded. We do not honor out-of-date, incomplete, or incorrect forms. We will not accept pictures of forms that do not print out clearly. Forms must be signed by both the farm owner and the purchaser (if different).

Forms can be scanned and emailed to [email protected] at least 2 hours before the auction starts closing. The sooner you send them, the better.
