STORAGE AUCTION: BATAVIA SELF STORAGE

Public online auction of the contents of one storage unit due to unpaid storage fees.

AUCTION END: Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 11:00 am EST (soft close).

The successful bidder has one day to remove all items from the unit(s) by appointment with the storage facility on either Thursday, April 9, 2026, or Friday, April 10, 2026 during daytime business hours at Batavia Self Storage. All items must be removed, and the unit broom cleaned before 4pm on the day chosen. The buyer will not be permitted to remove the contents over the course of both days. Buyers are required to respect the hours and rules of the storage unit facility during the removal of contents. There may not be 24-hour access to the facility, so plan accordingly. The buyer must bring any loading help, tools, and packing materials needed to entirely clean out the unit in one day. Failure to remove all contents and leave the unit broom clean will be subject to a disposal fee and may affect the bidder's ability to bid in future auctions.
