STORAGE AUCTION: HICKOX STORAGE, ALEXANDER, NY

The contents of rental units A, C, D, and G in the names of Chris & Diana Wissinger will be sold at public online auction to satisfy unpaid storage fees. Number of units is subject to change without notice.

The auction will close on Wednesday, February 4th, at 11:15 am.

The successful bidder has one week to remove all items from the unit(s) by appointment with the storage facility, from Thursday, February 5th through Wednesday, February 11th during daytime business hours at Hickox Storage in Alexander, NY. All items must be removed, and the unit broom cleaned before 4 pm on February 11th. Buyers are required to respect the hours and rules of the storage unit facility and other businesses on the property during the removal of contents. There is no 24-hour access to the facility, so plan accordingly. The buyer must bring any loading help, tools, and packing materials needed to entirely clean out the unit in one week. Failure to remove all contents and leave the unit broom clean will be subject to a disposal fee and may affect the bidder's ability to bid in future auctions.
