CHAFFEE, NY STORAGE AUCTION

ONLINE STORAGE AUCTION of the contents of a storage space to satisfy unpaid storage fees. 

PICKUP DATE: The successful bidder(s) must work ASAP to remove items from the units, with a deadline of Friday, September 26th, 2025, at 4PM. Buyer must coordinate around the Storage owner's hours. Please read the auction details carefully.

Items are sold as-is with no guarantees or refunds. 

The successful bidder has one day to remove all items from the unit(s) by appointment with the storage facility on either Thursday, September 25, 2025 or Friday,September 26, 2025 during daytime business hours at 12520 Olean Road, Chaffee, NY 14030. All items must be removed, and the unit broom cleaned before 4pm on the day chosen. The buyer will not be permitted to remove the contents over the course of both days. Buyers are required to respect the hours and rules of the storage unit facility during the removal of contents. There may not be 24-hour access to the facility, so plan accordingly. The buyer must bring any loading help, tools, and packing materials needed to entirely clean out the unit in one day. Failure to remove all contents and leave the unit broom clean will be subject to a disposal fee and may affect the bidder's ability to bid in future auctions.
