Auction close: Items will close out at a rate of 4 per minute. All payments will be processed by credit card.  Successful bidders will be notified by email on June 18th (please check your spam folder if you don’t find it in your Inbox).
 
Merchandise pick-up date: Thursday, June 20th, 12 noon to 6 p.m. (This is the only removal date, so plan accordingly).

1 1 BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS: -Click the “Bid” button found on the item you want to bid on. On that button, you will see the amount you must bid to enter the bidding. (For items that show “X” and a number, your bid will be multiplied by that number.) – You will be asked to confirm your bid. Please check it carefully as bids are not retractable. You can leave a maximum bid, which will allow the computer to bid for you until you either win the bid or your maximum has been exceeded. We will not automatically start the bidding at your maximum. -Items will close out on Monday, June 17th starting at 7 p.m., at a rate of 4 items per minute. Any bidding activity in the last minute of a particular lot will extend the bidding time for that lot by 2 minutes until all bidding for that lot has ended. -You will receive an email on June 18th confirming that you are a winning bidder. If you do not receive an email from us, you did not win any bids. (Remember to check your spam folder.)

Everything is sold “AS IS” with no guarantees unless otherwise stated by the auctioneer. It is the responsibility of the bidder to assure him or herself as to the condition of items prior to bidding. Condition reports given by the staff of Bontrager’s Auction Service are subjective, and while we strive to be honest, we will not be held responsible or liable for any errors in description. Buyer is responsible for examining items before bidding. Auction company does not take responsibility for buyer’s failure to examine. Merchandise is not subject to adjustments once the item has been sold. -Bontrager Real Estate & Auction Service and its staff will not be held responsible or liable for any errors in absentee/left bids or phone bids, nor for the possible failure to execute left bids for any reason. -Payment is due in full within the time limits posted in the auction. For this auction, all payments will be processed by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (Please note that while you may be able to register for our auction with any credit card, we will only accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover for payment.) 13% buyer’s premium and NYS sales tax added to all items purchased. 3 1 MERCHANDISE REMOVAL AND SHIPPING: *13% buyer’s premium and NY state sales tax are added to all totals. *Tax exempt buyers must present current and valid tax exempt paperwork and ID number at the time of cashout. *All payments will be processed at the close of the auction with credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Late payment fees and storage fees will apply to purchases not completed by close of business Thursday, June 20th. -Cash out and Merchandise removal ONE DAY ONLY: Thursday, June 20th from noon to 6 p.m. Please plan accordingly if you wish to bid. There is no delivery available for this auction. -Shipping: SHIPPING may be available for some items, please call or email sandra@bontragerauction.com prior to the close of auction for information about shipping on specific items. -Buyer pays all shipping fees. USPS flat rate will be used when possible. -Items are subject to handling fees of $10 (smaller items) or $25 (larger items). Small/medium items will be shipped via USPS flat rate.
