Everything is sold “AS IS” with no guarantees unless otherwise stated by the auctioneer. It is the responsibility of the bidder to assure him or herself as to the condition of items prior to bidding. Condition reports given by the staff of Bontrager’s Auction Service are subjective, and while we strive to be honest, we will not be held responsible or liable for any errors in description. Buyer is responsible for examining items before bidding. Auction company does not take responsibility for buyer’s failure to examine. Merchandise is not subject to adjustments once the item has been sold. -Bontrager Real Estate & Auction Service and its staff will not be held responsible or liable for any errors in absentee/left bids or phone bids, nor for the possible failure to execute left bids for any reason. -Payment is due in full within the time limits posted in the auction. 3 1 IMPORTANT PAYMENT AND MERCHANDISE REMOVAL INFO: Online bidders only: Merchandise removal and payment will take place on Thursday, April 25th: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday, April 26th: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Bontrager’s Auction Center, 8975 Wortendyke Road, Batavia, NY 14020. Payment can be made at that time with cash, check, or credit card. Late payment or merchandise removal is subject to a minimum fee of $25. Items for this auction cannot be picked up at future auctions.

  • All purchased items must be removed from the premises at the close of auction.
  • Left bids will be accepted until one hour prior to the start of the auction unless otherwise posted. In order to ensure that your bids are processed, we are unable to accept bids after that time. Left bids must be picked up by the end of the auction week (close of business on Friday).  Items not picked up by the end of the week are subject to a late pick up fee. Bontrager’s Auction Center is located at 8975 Wortendyke Road. From Route 33 turn south on Wortendyke Road (3.5 miles west of Batavia). Our auction center is located about 1/2 mile from the intersection on the east side of the road.
