Property includes a 1,700+ sq. ft., 2-story house and 55 total acres, assessed at $319,900.  Property also includes a 2-bay garage and old wood frame barn.  Located 1.75 miles west of the Village of Scottsville.  Personal property auction will follow the real estate auction.

 

PARCEL A:   A 3.25+/- acre lot that contains the house and outbuildings (corn crib not included) with 470+/- feet of frontage. Deposit the day of the auction of $10,000.

 

PARCEL B:  A 51+/- acre parcel with open fields. This parcel has 40+/- feet of frontage on the west side of Parcel A and 372+/- feet of frontage on the east side of Parcel A. Deposit the day of the auction of $25,000.

 

PARCEL C:  The combination of Parcel A and Parcel B with a 5% raise on the sum of the two. Deposit the day of the auction of $30,000.

 

PROTECTION BID:  Either successful bidders on Parcel A or B may raise their bid a minimum of $2,000 for “protection” of their initial bid.  The successful bidder of Parcel C may then raise their bid in order to protect their initial bid.
